Full Time Postgraduate Candidate

Looking for Master/PhD by Research student for a multidisciplinary research field of Electrical/Material Engineering and Physics.
Selected candidate will be required to register in full time M.Sc/ Ph.D by Research program at the School of Electrical & Electronic Engineering.

Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Electrical & Electronic/ Material Engineering/ Physics or related field with CGPA>3.0 & above.
• Proficient in English (written & oral)
• Strong research interest, passionate and highly motivated.
• Hard working, self-motivated, able to work under minimum supervision and willing to learn.
• Monthly student stipend (GRA) will be provided up to 30 months.

Project Details (Funded by Fundamental Research Grant Scheme (FRGS) from Ministry of Higher Education (MoHE)

Research Title: Formulation of Physical-Based Compact DC Model of Organic Field-Effect Transistor towards Biosensor Applications.
Field: Electrical & Electronic Engineering / Material Engineering/ Physics.
