I’m looking for prospective Master/PhD by Research students to work in the field of Power Electronics. Related research specializations are PV renewable energy sytems, Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT)[Algorithm/Optimization], Multilevel inverter [Topology/Control/Optimization] and DC-DC converter [Topology/Optimization].
Selected candidate will be required to register for full time M.Sc/ Ph.D by Research program at the School of Electrical & Electronic Engineering, USM Engineering Campus.
Requirements:
• For MSc candidate: Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• For PhD candidate: MSc in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• Proficient in English (Written & Oral).
• Diligent, strong research interest and passionate.
• Able to take own initiative to work and willing to learn new knowledge.
• It is advisable for you to secure or apply for your own funding unless you are interested in the project below).
