COURSE STRUCTURE FOR MASTERS IN SCIENCE (MSc) MICROELECTRONIC ENGINEERING
One of the prime objectives to offer Master in Microelectronic Engineering is to prepare students to design microelectronic circuits. Throughout the duration of Microelectronic Engineering studies students will be exposed to various types of analogue circuit design techniques and analysis, understanding operations of fundamental semiconductor device models and design the sythesizable RTL digital logic circuits. In addition students will be given opportunities to use state- of- the- art industrial standard EDA software for the respective projects. The students that have enrolled in this program will develop the maturity level and ready take on a more complex mircoelectronics circuit design.
