Full Time Postgraduate Candidate

Looking for Master/PhD by Research student for an interdisciplinary research integrating Electrical/Material Engineering and Physics.
Selected candidate will be required to register for full time M.Sc/ Ph.D by Research program at the School of Electrical & Electronic Engineering, USM Engineering Campus.

Requirements:

  • For MSc candidate: Bachelor Degree in Electrical & Electronic/ Material Engineering/ Physics or related field with CGPA>3.0 & above.
  • For PhD candidate: MSc in Electrical & Electronic/ Material Engineering/ Physics or related field with CGPA>3.0 & above.
  • Proficient in English (written & oral)
  • Diligent, strong research interest and passionate
  • Able to take own initiative to work under minimum supervision with willingness to learn new knowledge

Financial Assistance
• Monthly student stipend (GRA) will be provided until the end of 2023.

Research Title: Combined Role of Material Composition and Thickness of Pyramidal Microwave Absorber in Anechoic Absorption at 5G Frequencies
