- Able to communicate, write and read in Mandarin as he/she will requires to liaise with counterpart.

Job Description:-
Role Summary
Overall responsible for the production of material demand plan release, abnormal coordination, ensure accurate delivery of raw materials.
Job Responsibilities:-
- Monitor consign material shipment sent out to EMS is on track and to ensure production lines are achieving 100% on time delivery
- Ensure incoming material are follow basic standard pack and order fulfilment
- Review new sales orders from time to time to ensure all orders are entered and driving material accurately
- Review new BOM release to ensure no impact on production line
- Collaborate with demand planner in demand forecast
- Monitor system inventory number vs physical by weekly basics
- Perform other duties as assigned

Penerima Public-Private Research Network (PPRN) 2.0 Tahun 2021
The title of the PPRN grant project by AP Dr Bakhtiar Affendi bin Rosdi is "Personalized Distributor Resources Management System for Ice Cream Manufacturer". The system consists of smartphone apps for the distributors and sub-distributors to order the product and make the payment, a browser-based dashboard for the company to manage the order and distributors, and a website for the end-users to locate the nearest distributors/sub-distributors. The collaborator of the project is Proville Tech Sdn Bhd. The developed system will be used by the company in their daily operation.
